Our camper is very well cared for. We are the second owners and have enjoyed many camping trips with our grandchildren. Alas those days are coming to an end.
This is a four-season camper with extra insulation. Both the furnace and air conditioner work great. The water heater runs off either electricity or LP.
It sleeps 6 easily. The main bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room area and the dinette folds into a bed also. You could also easily fit 2 twin cots in the living room area.
There is room by the frig for coolers, or you could add another chair. We will leave some of the bedding and dishes in the camper since they fit so well.
We upgraded the toilet, added the hide-a-bed couch and put in a new queen mattress. All of the windows have pull down shades. There are also reflective insulation sheets that can be placed behind the shades for extra heat barrier (both to preserve heat or to keep it out).
Slide outs work good and the awning is in good shape. The tires are like new. Has auto-leveling jack system.
The camper has always been kept very clean. The only flaw you will see is some wear marks on the woodwork.
The camper sells with a top-of-the-line weight distribution hitch and an extra power cord.
Cabin is 29 feet long, overall length is 32 feet. Perfect weight distribution makes this the easiest pulling camper we have had.
