I bought this just before Bowflex was being purchased by a larger company (Johnson Fitness). Unfortuntely, a component failed, and parts were not available during the transition. I ended up buying a different elliptical and putting this one in storage. My warrany repair was finally done about a month ago, with replacement of the entire "engine" (which is basically everything but the frame and screen), so it's essentially a brand new unit. Now I have two working ellipitical machines and only need one!
