Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 / Year DOE
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service consistently
Supervise daily hotel operations, including maintenance and breakfast services
Manage a team of front desk associates, ensuring effective communication and support
Assist in developing and implementing procedures and standard operating protocols
Collaborate with the General Manager to meet sales and performance goals
Assistant General Manager Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a hotel environment
Willingness to transition from a Guest Services Manager or Front Desk Supervisor role
FOSSI - property management system experience is preferred
