Hello. I am 31 years old and I am seeking a job within Rochester that either doesn't do a background check or is willing to hire a person with a record (will be dropped to misdemeanor eventually) . I'd be more than happy to explain the situation regarding my background status. I have had retail management jobs in the past as well as warehouse/delivery as my most recent job for almost 8 years.
