I bought this remanufactured Hoover Power Scrub Elite Pet Plus Carpet Cleaner a few years back and have used twice to clean my carpets. No issues, works great! I no longer need this as my house will soon be completely carpet free. It operates similarly to a rental carpet cleaner, but is much lighter weight and easier to move around. Also very easy to operate, the carpet cleaning solution goes in one place, hot water in another, lay down and suck up.

So for about the price of a rented carpet cleaner, you can now own one for yourself!
