I am looking for a house to rent in southern MN, preferably Austin, MN area. Currently near Grand Forks ND we are temporarily living in a hotel, seeking a permanent home.
I work full time, remotely
My partner is on SSI
We have 2 daughters
Both of our mothers passed on, attempts to reconnect with other family have failed so we are looking to find a new area to live.
Please be willing to work with credit issues and possibly third party providing assist with deposit and/or first month rent. I can provide proof of steady income with rental reference.
Looking for 3+ bedroom home, garage, yard for the kids. Would like privacy if possible, less neighbors, but would like to see what you have to offer.
Somewhere we aren’t completely stranded if the vehicle goes in the shop or where you can at least get groceries delivered if that happens.
The past few years have been rough. I am hoping to find someone kind hearted to help us gain stable housing. We do not drink or smoke. No pets but would like the option once settled.
