Fun bunk bed set up with some neat features. Top bunk is a single, bottom is a full (I think that is what that sizes are called, I have provided measures so you can decide what correct sizes are). Includes BOTH nice mattresses. Has stairs (safer than ladder) mounted on end and they also are a book or toy shelf area. Also has 2 large drawers under the bottom bunk that pull out for more storage. Has a nice matching railing across top bunk for better safety. (No will not separate, sell separately, this is a complete bunk, stairs, mattress set).
Non smoking, pet friendly home. Grandparents house. Was not used a lot, was only here for their visits in a guest room, now they have outgrown it.
Please note the off white areas in the photos, the grandkids had decided it would be fun to put stickers on the front of the bed and stairs to decorate it. We said sure, sounds fun. Well, when it came time to take pics and take it apart to sell it, we peeled the stickers off but it left residue behind, marks from where stickers had been. We did try a little adhesive remover on an area but that didn't really work as thought. Maybe a light sand and fresh coat of paint (where stickers were)? Will leave that up to buyers discretion. Could be a fun project to do with your kids or grandkids. *Price reflects this*. Really nice pre-owned condition otherwise with some light expected wear, light marks or scuffs, its not new but it also was not in daily use. Guest room set.
We had mattress protectors on both mattresses. It will come with the mattress protector and sheet(s) for the top single bunk. (We have kept the lower bunk full (?) size mattress protector and sheet set for that one as it's on their new guest bed now).
I have the condition marked as GOOD, not excellent (even though it is in really great condition otherwise) due to sticker situation, marks from the stickers that you should be able to easily remedy with light sand and paint touchup or change color in process to make it more fun for your kiddos.
Approx. measurements: To the TOP of the top bunk side protection rail (highest point of this furniture) is 65". It is 78" long with the stairs / bookshelf being 14" w. The top bed is 41"w and the bottom bed is 57" w. (Full, twin, single I am not sure of correct names for wider bottom mattress, please Google to confirm with measurements I gave).
