What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Overseeing daily kitchen operations
• Managing and training kitchen staff
* Setting cost effective schedules based on sales volume
• Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Inventory management, ordering, and cost control
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Working closely with ownership on menu execution and specials
• Leading by example during service (this is a hands-on role)

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Lead Line Cook or Head Chef
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Experience with inventory and food cost control
• Passion for food and hospitality
