FT KITCHEN MANAGER DO you want out of your rat race??

This is a hands-on cooking and managing position for a Treatment Center cooking breakfast lunch. and supper for 60 PLUS per meal period
This requires excellent scratch cooking skills and ability to manage all aspects of the kitchen. The schedule is a rotation of
weekends. There is a pt cook also who works a rotation schedule. Manager duties include cooking/schedule/ordering from approved food vendors/managing monthly budgets/understands food cost and how to manage/ and keeping storage organized and stocked/ End of month reports and meal counts. Keeping the kitchen clean/being able to direct and train all staff in the kitchen calmly and with care. This is a great job for someone who wants out of a larger institutional facility or restaurant and wants a regular schedule and peaceful kitchen. Must be able to pass a DHS background check.
