Cover and binding show wear but all pages are intact except first inside cover page is loose ~ binding is still quite good for its age
All pages are good with only two that have highlights as shown in pictures and a couple that have pencil and ink scribbles again as shown in pictures ~ none are torn nor do they have dog ears ~ there are some names inside cover of people that have used the book ~ in pen and ink
